Regularly scheduled education sessions will include rounds on obstetrics/labor and delivery and gynecology, pre-operative conference, tumor board, case review/discussions, grand rounds, and CREOG’s learning objective-based lectures.
Residents will have a half-day of didactics and wellness on a weekly basis. In addition to lectures, didactics will include intern bootcamp, OB or GYN-based simulation sessions, standardized patient communication workshops, journal club, research lectures/presentations, mock oral examination, and written board examination review. Residents will be free of all clinical responsibilities on the didactic day.
