The Valley Hospital’s structural heart team has successfully performed its first procedure using the Abbott TriClip™ transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) system, the first-of-its-kind minimally invasive device to repair a leaky tricuspid valve (known as tricuspid regurgitation or TR), according to Abbott.
