The 47th Annual Terri Roemer Paramus Run

We are pleased to announce that for the fifth year in a row, the VHA is once again partnering with the Terri Roemer Paramus Run on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The Paramus Run is a cornerstone in the town of Paramus’ recreational activities. Held every year on the third Sunday of October, the event draws participants from towns all over North Jersey and beyond, including communities serviced by The Valley Hospital.
As last year, proceeds from this year's race benefit the Auxiliary’s pledge to support Valley Home Care’s Butterflies program for critically ill children. The run will also benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund for high school seniors.
The Paramus Run is for people of all ages (men, women, kids, families) and will include a 10K run, 5K run, a Kid's Fun Run, and a 5K health walk led by Rose Marie Ranuro, MSN, RN, APN/Butterflies program.
