Valley is aware of the nationwide supply disruption of IV fluid solution due to Hurricane Helene, and wants to reassure the community that steps have been taken to ensure the situation will have no negative impact on our patients and the community.
On June 20, 2024, members of The Valley Hospital Auxiliary enjoyed their annual meeting and luncheon at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes, NJ. During the meeting portion, Dr. Robert Brenner, System President and CEO, Valley Health System, expressed his thanks to VHA members for supporting the hospital through service, volunteering, and fundraising. He also gave an overview of the new hospital. Outgoing Auxiliary president, Theresa Salameno, presented the year in review and also thanked Auxiliary members for their hard work and dedication to VHA and the hospital. After a delicious lunch served lakeside in the Indian Trail Club’s ballroom, attendees were treated to a great presentation by guest speaker, Mary Calvi. Calvi is a 12-time New York Emmy® winner and anchor of INSIDE EDITION WEEKEND. She is also author of “If a Poem Could Live and Breathe: A Novel of Teddy Roosevelt's First Love.” Mary signed her book and spread her charm among all the guests.
At the luncheon, the Auxiliary’s new officers for 2024-2026 were installed by Nominating Chair, Lesley Dinallo.
