Valley Home Care’s rehabilitation therapists provide customized services to help patients enjoy a safe and improved quality of life. Our therapists perform skilled clinical assessments, identifying patients’ functional needs in cases of injury, surgery, a progressing medical condition or a slow decline with advancing age. Our care is all done where patients heal best – at home. 

Valley Home Care also offers the Steps Ahead program for patients recovering from total joint replacement, as well as Functional Freedom for patients with Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders.
