Designed for those looking to live a heart-healthy lifestyle, the “Heart Smart Lunch Series” is a welcoming and informative program designed to empower individuals with knowledge and tools to lead heart-healthy lives. This series offers a blend of expert-led education, peer support, and practical lifestyle tips – all served up during your lunch break.

Whether you’re managing a heart condition, are at risk for heart disease, or are simply interested in better health, the Heart Smart Lunch Series (formerly known as The Debra Johnson Heart Health Education and Support Group) provides a supportive environment to learn, connect, and take action.

Each session focuses on a key aspect of cardiovascular wellness, and participants will engage in open discussions, share experiences, and enjoy heart-healthy lunch while learning realistic strategies for lasting lifestyle change.

All sessions are free and held both in-person and virtually from noon – 1 p.m. Those attending in person will enjoy a complimentary heart-healthy lunch.
