The Valley Hospital is now open at 4 Valley Health Plaza in Paramus. (You may need to use 650 Winters Avenue for GPS.) All emergency care is now being provided at this location. Emergency care is no longer available at our Ridgewood campus.

All of Valley Health System’s facilities, including The Valley Hospital, are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted on campus or on any surrounding walkways or sidewalks. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not loiter or smoke in the neighborhood.
To locate the nearest ATM machine, please ask the reception desk or a member of your care team.
For the comfort and convenience of all our patients and guests, we ask that visitors and guests limit their cell phone usage in patient care areas. If you are using your cell phone in public areas, please be mindful of others around you.
Dining options at The Valley Hospital include Cafe Maitri and Blend Coffee Bar, which are located on the Second Floor of the hospital.
Café Maitri is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
Blend Coffee Bar is open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
All visitors to The Valley Hospital must wear a hospital-issued guest badge while in the hospital. Please stop by the reception desk in the main lobby when you arrive for a guest badge.
The Marron Spiritual Care Center, operated by the Spiritual Care Department, is located on the first floor of the hospital lobby. Visitors are welcome to visit the chapel for worship services, prayer, and meditation. A Roman Catholic mass is held daily at 11 a.m.
Quiet Time, designated between the hours of 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. every day, is observed to promote a restful healing environment for patients.
Public restrooms, including all-gender restrooms, are located in a variety of convenient locations throughout the hospital and are clearly marked. Please note that bathrooms in patient rooms are to be used by patients to meet their care needs.
A Sabbath elevator runs continuously from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday, stopping on every floor as it ascends. It also operates in Sabbath mode on all major Jewish holidays. The Sabbath elevators are North Elevators Bank H and South Elevators Bank D, located on the first floor.

Any information being sent or received could potentially be intercepted by another wireless user. Wireless users should not transmit sensitive personal information (credit card numbers, passwords, etc.) while using this or any public wireless network.
