Flu season is here, and flu activity in our region is high. In fact, The Valley Hospital is restricting visitors to certain units in the hospital to keep our patients safe. (Read our announcement here.) Here's what else you need to know:

How Can I Get a Flu Shot?

A flu shot is one of your best defenses against the influenza virus. It isn't too late to protect yourself by getting a flu shot.

1. See Your Valley Medical Group Provider

Your VMG primary care provider can administer the influenza vaccine. Simply call their office or schedule your appointment online.

Don’t have a VMG primary care provider? Search providers near you and book online.

2. Visit a Valley Walk-In Care Center

Valley’s primary and walk-in care centers offer same-day appointments for flu shots, with locations throughout Bergen, Passaic and Rockland counties. View locations and save your spot for walk-in care.
