Provides basic supplemental financial assistance and case management services to individuals and families of Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus, Midland Park, Ridgewood, Waldwick and Wyckoff. They also have a food pantry. Call 201-444-2980 for information.

Valley Health Community Care Clinic
Offers medical care for low-income clients to the local community. Offers primary care as well as linkage to specialty clinics/services. Call 973-427-7676 for information.

Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative
Provides free primary care and, where possible, referrals to free specialty care for working, low-income Bergen County residents who have no health insurance. 

New Bridge Medical Center
New Bridge offers more than 20 Ambulatory Specialty Services to Bergen County and its surrounding communities. 

North Hudson Community Action Corporation - Medical/Dental Clinics
Offering 11 delivery sites in Hudson, Bergen and Passaic counties, and mobile unit services.

Bergen Community College Dental Hygiene Clinic 
Students in the Dental Hygiene Program perform preventive oral care procedures under the supervision of faculty, dentists and licensed dental hygienists. For an appointment or information, call 201-447-7180.  

New Jersey Dental Clinic Directory

Rutgers School of Dental Medicine Clinic (RSDM) 
Provides a full range of oral health services while training the next generation of dentists. Rates are lower than private practices, but services are not free. RSDM accepts Medicaid plans, but does not accept private insurance. Call 973-972-4242 for an initial appointment for evaluation.

University Hospital of NJ (UHNJ) Dental Clinic 
The Department of Dental Medicine provides dental care in the Ambulatory Care Center. The Dental Clinic treats all age groups, from birth through seniors. Call 973-972-9000 for more information.

Valley Social Work Department Transportation List

Valley Van
Valley offers a free non-emergent transportation service for patients who are unable to drive or have access to public transportation. Services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The service is available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Service is not available on holidays. For more information, call 201-447-8000, ext. 111-2507.

EZ Ride
Offers carpools, vanpools, shuttles, transportation for older adults and people with disabilities, and bike and pedestrian programs.  EZ Ride also offers flexible and affordable transportation for older adults with Lyft, Ryde4Life, safe and reliable transportation for people with disabilities, and Veterans transportation to NJ Veterans Affairs Medical Centers.

Veterans Transportation Foundation (VetVan)
A free, non-profit, non-emergency medical transportation service for Veterans in the Passaic County, New Jersey area. They serve clients going to the East Orange VA Hospital and the VA Clinics in Hackensack and Paterson. *Also offers non-emergency medical transportation in Northern New Jersey to non-veterans . Drivers are certified in first aid, CPR/AED and defensive driving courses. Call 973-569-4090 for information.
