The new “A.W.A.K.E. at the Valley Health System” is meeting quarterly, sponsored by The Center for Sleep Medicine at The Valley Hospital.
These meetings will feature sleep specialists, guest speakers, equipment demonstrations and more.

What is A.W.A.K.E?
A.W.A.K.E. is the official support group of the American Sleep Apnea Association. A.W.A.K.E support groups provide education and resources for sleep disorder patients and CPAP users across the nation.

Who should join A.W.A.K.E.?
Patients with Sleep Apnea or other sleep disorders.
Why join?
You can learn about sleep disorders, discuss with other patients and ask questions to our staff.
How often will the group meet?
Once every 3 months.
