Criteria for Eligibility:
1. Prediabetes diagnosis so previous lab result of A1C 5.7-6.4 range. They can send us their lab result/lab photo as long as it has their name, they can remove other details.
2. Commitment to attend all 6 sessions
This course is free!
We just need a copy of your most recent A1C. You can either take a photo or send us the lab report via email. You can black out any other information in the report, as long as, it shows your name, the date and your A1C result. We also need your commitment to attend all 6 days of classes. The dates are:

November 3
November 10
November 17
December 1
December 8
You can email back using the [email protected] address. I'll be out of the office for a week. I'll be contacting all the registrants before the first day of the course so expect an email or call from me if you do decide to register for the course.
