Diagnostic Studies of Lyme Disease

Objective

The primary goals of this study are to facilitate the development of better diagnostics tests for Lyme disease, and to identify biological and clinical factors that may predict long-term outcome.

Eligibility

• New onset erythema migrans
• New onset disseminated Lyme Disease
• Exposure to wooded, brushy, or grassy areas in Lyme endemic area in last 30 days
• Lyme arthritis diagnosed within the last 6 months
• Lymphocytic Meningitis
• Cardiac Lyme
