Do I Need to Register For My Baby's Delivery?
If you've had any procedure at The Valley Hospital in the past (inpatient or outpatient):
NO, there is no need to register; we already have your information on file.
If you're scheduled for an induction or a C-section:
A registration representative from the hospital will call you the week before your scheduled procedure to expedite your registration process. There's no need to call us in advance.
If this is your first time having any procedure at The Valley Hospital (inpatient or outpatient):
YES, you should register with us. Call us at 201-447-8560 to begin your registration process.
When You Arrive for Baby’s Delivery
Please be sure to bring your ID and insurance card with you. Your legal name that appears on your ID will be used for your medical record.
Visit our insurance page to see if Valley accepts your insurance plan.
While at Valley, you may require services that are provided independently of the hospital. The providers of these services may not accept the same insurance plans as The Valley Hospital. We encourage you to check with them to see if they accept your insurance plan.
In addition, the providers of these services will bill you directly. Their fees are not part of the hospital's charges.
