Status neutral refers to an inclusive and respectful approach to healthcare for everyone, regardless of HIV status or risk level. We aim to normalize conversations around sexual health, and create a safe and inviting environment for all patients. Our primary care services are designed to address your general healthcare needs, including preventive screenings, management of chronic conditions, and routine check-ups. Our providers are trained to understand the specific health concerns and risk factors that may affect LGBTQ+ individuals. If necessary, we will refer you to specialists outside of the center who have the skills and experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
We offer specialized gynecologic care designed to meet the needs of individuals who may have unique reproductive health concerns or require gender-affirming care. Our gynecologists provide comprehensive exams, screenings, and treatments in a supportive and respectful manner.
Our sexual health services encompass a wide range of preventive care, testing, and treatment options for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We offer confidential testing, counseling, and support to help you maintain optimal sexual health. In addition, we provide a range of vaccinations such as HPV-9, HAV/HBV, MenACWY, and MPXV. Other sexual health services include collaborative care for reproductive health and fertility interventions.
We provide confidential HIV testing and prevention services, along with education and resources for HIV prevention. We offer both post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) as well as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV. In addition, we also offer rapid, same-day HIV tests with results available within 20 minutes. Our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their sexual health and reduce the risk of HIV transmission.
For individuals living with HIV, we offer comprehensive care, including the management of antiretroviral therapy (ART) and HIV-related conditions. We work hard to understand your needs and provide personalized treatment plans to support your overall health and well-being.
Our transgender care services are designed to support individuals on their gender-affirming journey. This includes access to gender-affirming hormone therapy, referrals to experienced surgeons for gender-affirming surgeries, and assistance with navigating legal documentation changes.
Mental health and emotional well-being are essential components of overall health. Our team will connect you with appropriate behavioral health services that are tailored to the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals.
