Most Wired 2025

Valley Health System has been recognized as one of the nation’s “Most Wired” according to The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Digital Health Most Wired™ 2025 survey.

CHIME’s Most Wired distinction recognizes hospitals and health systems that are at the forefront of using healthcare information technology (IT) to improve the delivery of care. Valley received a Level 8 certification in the Acute survey selection, which is one of the highest certifications given by CHIME.

Among the more than 50,000 facilities represented, Valley ranked above peers in critical categories such as clinical quality and safety, analytics and data management, cybersecurity, population health, infrastructure, patient engagement, and innovation. The survey evaluates the adoption, outcomes, and the value that technologies add across healthcare organizations. Organizations range from early-stage adopters to industry leaders.

“Valley is honored to once again be recognized on the Most Wired list,” said Eric Carey, Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer for Valley Health System. “Technology plays a vital role in how we deliver care and is used in virtually every function of our health system. As Valley continues to grow, we strategically invest in technology to enhance clinical capabilities, overall operations, and patient access to our high-quality care. We provide “Care Like No Other” for the communities we are proud to serve.”

This is the 25th year that Valley has made this prestigious list.

The Digital Health Most Wired survey serves as a comprehensive evaluation and digital maturity report card for healthcare organizations across the globe. As success in digital transformation increasingly influences the quality and accessibility of care, this recognition program reflects the progress of leading healthcare providers as they reshape the future of healthcare. This achievement extends beyond information technology to every area of the enterprise, symbolizing a collective commitment to advancing health and care through strategic digital initiatives.
