“I am excited to join the Valley team. Valley has an excellent reputation for delivering the highest quality care and service,” said Neate. “I hope to build upon this incredible foundation to advance Valley’s Ambulatory Care services across the region and continue to be the healthcare provider of choice for the residents of Bergen and Passaic Counties, and beyond.”

Among Neate’s responsibilities is overseeing Valley Medical Group, Valley’s physician practice comprises 90 practices across 36 locations.

Previously, Neate oversaw Atlantic Health’s cardiovascular service line and its rise from a large community program to a Top 20 U.S. News & World Report destination program. He also oversaw the establishment of the flagship Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute.
