Valley Health System is pleased to announce that Audrey Meyers, Chief Executive Officer for Valley Health System, has been named to the 2024 Health Care Power 50 list, released by NJBIZ.
Meyers was honored for her many accomplishments as one of the longest-serving CEOs in the state of New Jersey, including The Valley Hospital’s upcoming move to a new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Paramus, New Jersey, taking place on Sunday, April 14. The hospital will open for patient care on the same day.
Among other recognitions was Meyers’ ongoing commitment to meeting the changing healthcare needs of North Jersey. NJBIZ cited the recent opening of Valley’s Center for LGBTQ+ Care – located at 95 Route 17 South, Suite 105, in Paramus – which provides comprehensive healthcare services for the LGBTQ+ community in an inviting and safe space.
“I am very honored and proud to be chosen for this prestigious recognition,” said Meyers. “I look forward to all that is to come this year for Valley, knowing that all those who come through our doors beginning April 14 will continue to be well served by Valley’s compassionate staff in an outstanding facility for generations to come.”
According to NJBIZ, the Health Care Power 50 list is compiled by editorial staff based on reporting throughout the past year, input from experts in a variety of fields, and recommendations from readers. NJBIZ says honorees are selected for their meaningful contributions to making New Jersey a better place to live, work, and do business through their efforts.
