* Please note, this program is intended for people new to Medicare (recently turned 65 or turning 65 years old within the next few months); recently enrolled in Medicare due to disability; or age 65 or older and retiring/leaving work or losing a spouse’s coverage. It is not for people who have New Jersey state or New York City retiree medical benefits or people on NJ Medicaid.
