The transition to the teen years is challenging for parents and their children, particularly with respect to sexuality and health. The Valley Hospital will host “Just the Facts,” a free evening of exercise and discussion for mothers and daughters ages 13-16 years old. Kim Fallon, M.D., OB/GYN and Myrandele Damian-Coleman, M.D., OB/GYN, both of Valley Medical Group, will host a question and answer session about teenage sexual health. Following the session, the fitness center will be open for exercise use by event participants.
This free event will be held on Tuesday, February 4 from 6-8 pm at Ethos Spa and Fitness Center. It is presented by Valley’s Spirit of Women program.
