Valley is proud of the award-winning care we provide to patients in need.  This great care is often made possible by the dedicated annual donors that support Valley’s not-for-profit mission, our exceptional medical staff and the caring nurses and support staff that work tirelessly to heal and save lives everyday.

Valley’s employee concern for our patients often goes beyond just treating patients.  In 2008, Valley employees donated more than $125,000 to support facility improvements, provide educational training and purchase medical equipment in an effort to improve the patient care they deliver.

This year the employees have chosen to focus their annual giving campaign on three main areas of care within The Valley Hospital and three within Valley Home Care.  The employees have named their 2009 giving campaign Peace, Progress and Prevention. 

Employee gifts for this campaign designated toward the hospital will support Holistic Care, the new NueroScience ICU, and The Center for Women’s Heart Health.  Employee gifts directed toward Valley Home Care will support Telemedicine, Diabetes Education and Specialty Clinicians.  Valley is fortunate to have employees with such a strong commitment to quality patient care.
