Is Home Care Right for You?

Patients who are generally confined or medically restricted to their residence are eligible for home care. Patients can leave the home for trips that are infrequent and short in duration.

The patient may require:

• The assistance of another person to leave the home
• The use of a cane, walker or wheelchair
• A high level of assistance in order to get into an automobile
