The Center for Family Education is offering a free, virtual Pregnancy Support Group for expectant parents. Weekly meetings offer information on having your baby at Valley, provide educational opportunities, and advice from a Labor and Delivery nurse, as well as fellow expectant parents. The Center for Family Education offers informative, helpful and convenient classes — both online and in-person — for new moms, dads, siblings and grandparents. Please view our classes to find one that fits your schedule.

Valley has partnered with The Baby Academy to provide online childbirth classes for expecting parents. This partnership provides information on baby-safety, breastfeeding, sleep, and more!
Please note: There are no full refunds for any classes.
A partial refund will be given only if extenuating circumstances prohibit attendance or rescheduling of class.
A processing fee of 10 percent will be subtracted from your refund. If you have registered for a Childbirth Series and already attended one or more of those classes, the refund will be pro-rated. (This does not include yoga/Pilates classes).
Yoga/Pilates classes: If you deliver early, classes can be used after delivery. Therefore, no refunds will be given. Please be aware of this when choosing the number of classes you are registering for.
