The team develops a customized treatment plan tailored to meet your needs. We also provide an ongoing management program, complete with a Nurse Navigator.

What is a Nurse Navigator?

Your Nurse Navigator coordinates your treatment plan, making appointments and following up with you and the members of the Spine Center team and your doctor to be sure your treatment is effective.
