This was our second time seeing Dr Chokshi. Both times we felt he was kind and caring. Spoke nicely and showed concern for me as a patient. Was calming and I left feeling he was knowledgeable and concerned about my issues. I would be very happy seeing Dr Chokshi in the future.

My only complaint is lack of follow through by ensuring the clearance was faxed to the surgeon's office and they received it. That's the entire purpose of the visit. It should not require a second doctor visit for me to get the provider's attention so something is successfully faxed.

Dr Chokshi is well versed, attentive, and caring. The nurse that was in before him was the same way, too. It means a lot when you have your fathers care in such good care.
