Bodypump Class – Take the original barbell workout!

Take one of the most popular classes in the world! Work on strengthening all of your major muscle groups in one hour! This is great for all levels. Held at Gold’s Gym Paramus.

Take the Gold’s Gym Fit Test!    
Saturday, March 30, 1 p.m. 
Take the Gold’s Gym Fit Test and get your Fitness Score for the Challenge! Featuring 5 basic exercises, it’s a fun way to see your fitness starting point!  Modifications will be given so that everyone at any level can take the test! Take the test with us again on May 18 to see how much you have improved! Held at Gold’s Gym Paramus. 

STEP Class – The class that helped start the Cardio Craze!
Saturday, April 6, 1 p.m. 
Take the original STEP Class which is a great, easy to follow cardio workout! Featuring THE STEP, this class helps improve your cardio conditioning while working your largest and strongest muscles! Great for all levels. Held at Gold’s Gym Paramus.

TONE Class – A new class featuring Strength and Cardio!
Saturday, April 13, 1 p.m.
Take our special TONE Class which features a series of great exercises for both strength and cardio training! Some challenging exercises are included but modifications will be made for this well-rounded class that is great for all levels! Held at Gold’s Gym Paramus.

Outdoor Family Zumba Party
Saturday, May 4, 12 p.m.
Join us for a very special OUTDOOR FAMILY ZUMBA PARTY class at the Bandshell at the Paramus Library!!! Bring your friends and family as the entire town and neighboring towns will be invited to join us as we work out while dancing to some amazing music and having lots of fun! Held at the Paramus Library Bandshell on Century Road, across from Paramus High School.

Family Fitness Walk as Part of Mayor’s Wellness!
Saturday, May 11, 9 a.m.
Everyone is welcome to join us for a special Challenge Fitness Walk around the Paramus High School Track!  In addition to walking, we will be doing some special fitness exercises as well! Everyone is welcome! Weather permitting, held at the Paramus High School Track.

Take the Gold’s Gym Fit Test for the second time and see your improvement!
