This is a Virtual Prenatal yoga class using the Microsoft Teams format. Prenatal yoga allows a woman to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for giving birth and becoming a mother. Moms-to-be are led through a wide range of poses adapted to the ever-changing pregnant body, preparing her for labor and motherhood, as well as alleviating some of the discomforts of pregnancy. Yoga helps a woman tap into her inner wisdom, which is her best guide through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
