The effects of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic have been described as overwhelming and even traumatic. This program will address some of those experiences shared by many, as well as offer ways to cope with the virus and its aftermath.

***We are hoping to be able to hold all programs in person as indicated, and will be observing all recommended safety protocols: attendance will be limited, masks must be worn, and social distancing will be maintained. You may also be required to have your temperature taken. Should we need to change our plans and hold these programs virtually, we will inform registrants and send them a link to allow them to participate from home via their computer.***
