Join us for an engaging virtual presentation by Kenneth Doka Ph.D., a licensed mental health counselor and preeminent expert in grief. He will guide us through a journey with grief, reviewing the process and manifestations of grief, emphasizing that grief is about all types of losses. Naturally there will be a focus on the losses experienced throughout the COVID pandemic. In his presentation, Dr. Doka will explore strategies of self-care that facilitate coping and growth.

Dr. Kenneth J. Doka is a Professor Emeritus at the Graduate School of The College of New Rochelle and Senior Vice-President for Grief Programs for the Hospice Foundation of America.
