This is an IN-PERSON one evening Session Lamaze Childbirth Instruction class. This class explores a wide range of techniques for creating a safe and satisfying birth experience. We encourage classes to be taken after 32 weeks and be completed by 36 weeks. This class is also for patients with multiples. Class fee includes participant and 1 adult partner, two seats will be reserved. Class size is limited to 6 couples. Masks are required.
