She effortlessly communicates with me in a friendly and approaches me manner, whether it be in person, virtually, or messages on the patient portal. During my appointments, I feel heard and understood as she took the time to share my concerns and share insight in a relatable manner, even taking the time to discuss healthy eating and creating an herb garden. Her empathy and attentiveness created a sense of trust.The office atmosphere reflected Dr. Flowers down-to-earth ethos. The staff was welcoming, creating an environment that was both comfortable and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they still let me wait in the car.
