What are some of the specific conditions you treat?
Benign and malignant conditions of the breast; simple and complex groin and abdominal wall hernias; gallstones and acute and chronic inflammation of the gallbladder; ailments of the small and large bowel, including benign and malignant tumors, diverticulitis and bowel obstruction caused by adhesions and scar tissue; appendicitis; ailments of the skin and soft tissues, including melanoma, squamous and basal cell carcinomas; lipomas; sebaceous cysts; soft tissue tumors and infections.
What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?
Breast conservation surgery with sentinel lymph node sampling as well as mastectomy with or without immediate beast reconstruction for treatment of breast cancer.
Open repair of inguinal and abdominal wall hernias with mesh.
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and lysis of adhesions.
Open bowel resection for treatment of tumors of the small or large intestine and for treatment of diverticulitis. Excision of skin and soft tissue malignancies and tumors under local anaesthesia with or without sedation.
