What are some of the specific conditions you treat?

I treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to:

• Arthritis
• Sciatica
• Neck & Back Pain
• Joint Pain
• Nerve Pain (i.e. Carpel Tunnel Syndrome)
• Concussions
• Overuse Injuries
• Muscle injury

I evaluate pain and other issues that may be limiting a patient and work to best return them to routine activities, work, recreational activities, sports or anything else they want to do.

What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?

After a thorough evaluation, options are discussed and a customized treatment plan is determined that will best suit each individual. The plan typically begins with conservative measures including medications, splinting/bracing, ordering imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI) etc. I also can perform a variety of ultrasound guided injections/procedures. Treatment plans will include therapeutic home exercises or in-person physical/occupational therapies to address the patient's current complaints and prevent further injuries.

What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

I believe that patient care is always a team approach, including the providers and the patient. Every patient has different goals and needs. I enjoy educating patients through the use of pictures, models and other graphics. With this knowledge, we can together work on a treatment plan that can best get each patient to their individual goals and back to doing what they love to do!
