What are some of the specific conditions you treat?
I specialize in medical care that focuses on providing patients relief from symptoms and stresses associated with serious illnesses such as cardiac, neurologic, oncological, and pulmonary diseases. My aim is to improve the quality of life for both patients and their families.
What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?
I take an integrated team-based approach to care focusing on preventing and relieving symptoms and distresses associated with serious illnesses. I work together with patients, families, and the care team to develop a plan of care that reflects an individual's goals, preferences, and values.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I believe in providing a holistic approach to care and empowering individuals to make decisions about their health based on personal preferences.
What inspired you to become a doctor?
My father was instrumental in shaping my decision to be a doctor. Being able to help individuals in the most difficult phase of their lives is an honor and a privilege.
