What are some of the specific conditions you treat?

Asymptomatic post-menopausal status, atrophic vaginitis, breech position, cervical polyps, cervicitis, chronic pelvic pain , ectopic pregnancy , encounters for normal pregnancies, endometriosis, hematologic abnormalities associated with pregnancy, hemorrhoids, HPV (Human Papillomavirus), hypertension complicating pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, mastodynia , menopause, menstrual disorders (incl. Dysmenorrhea) , miscarriages, noninflammatory cervical disorders, osteopenia, osteoporosis, ovarian cysts, pap smear abnormalities,  perimenopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, preeclampsia, sexual dysfunction, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), symptomatic menopause, uterine fibroids.

What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?

Well woman health examination for all ages, colposcopy, contraceptive management, comprehensive obstetrical care, including vaginal delivery or C-section, gynecologic cancer screening , gynecologic surgery, robotic-assisted, hysterectomy-laparoscopic , hysterectomy-open, hysteroscopy, laparoscopic surgical procedures, myomectomy-open and/or laparoscopic , removal of reproductive organs (hysterectomy, oophorectomy, salpingectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy).

What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

In our practice, every patient is treated as an individual.  New patients will be interviewed in the comfort of my office so that I can review their medical and social histories and address all of their questions and concerns prior to performing moving into an exam room. We have a dedicated and compassionate staff, including  a physician's assistant, a registered nurse, and medical assistants and receptionists that each treat our patients in a warm, personable manner and take the time to get to know them.
