What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
When caring for patients with heart conditions, I use a holistic approach. I look at each patient as an individual and target treatments to each patient's individual needs.
Describe some of your professional highlights.
I’m a member of the Outpatient Transitional Care team. The Outpatient Transitional Care program helps facilitate the transition from hospital to home and strives to prevent hospital readmission for patients with heart failure. I’ve also been involved in several clinical research trials.
