Dr. Raslan was incredible. He listened intently to the answers I gave him and the description of my issue. He was kind and knowledgeable and appeared to genuinely care about treating my condition and me as a human. He remembered my son's name after I mentioned it in passing, which showed me how well he listened and considered everything.
