The biggest issue I have is the np was very negative. I had abdominal pain and cancer and an obstructed bowel came up. Only after I questioned her further did she admit it was unlikely but even then felt the need to add "but sometimes these things come up out of nowhere". It caused more stress than necessary. Again when my white blood count was high and she put in for a cat scan it was only when questioned that she admitted it likely wouldn't be needed but, as insurance can take awhile, it was better to put ot through just in case.

Angela was fantastic! She seemed to genuinely care as I was explaining what was going on, and she gave me multiple avenues to pursue at once to make sure whatever was actually wrong was handled. She was also very kind and made me feel very comfortable!

After I explained the reason for my visit, the doctor examined me, asked appropriate questions and identified the problem. She explained what steps she was going to take regarding medicine that would address the issue I was having, and before I left the clinic, I got a text from CVS that they had received a prescription. It was end to end a great experience.

I am not one who has had a lot of doctor visits in my lifetime, my visit to VMG was a great experience, and happy I found them, they will be "go to" for all of my medical/health issues going forward.

I highly recommend Angela Bertola to anyone. She has an excellent bedside manner & concerned for your needs.

The NP did a great job, was my first time meeting her.
