Strategies to Prevent Transcatheter Heart Valve Dysfunction in Low-Risk Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement

Objective

The main objective of this study is to determine the optimal anticoagulation/antiplatelet regimen for low-risk patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).

Eligibility

Patients with severe, degenerative AS, symptomatic AS (dyspnea NYHA class II or greater, angina pectoris, cardiac syncope) who are determined by the Heart Team to be at low surgical risk (STS score ≤3%).
