Relationship Between Wrist-based PPG and Patch ECG Assessments of Cardiac Rhythm
Objective
The purpose of this registry is to collect simultaneous PPG heart rate, activity, and continuous ECG data (via a separate chest patch device). This data will enable the refinement of the artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for the final AliveCor band.
Eligibility
- Participants will be 18 to 100 years of age
- Patients will either have symptoms consistent with atrial fibrillation or have already experienced atrial fibrillation in the past, and are at a high likelihood of having atrial fibrillation during the 7-day monitoring period.
