October 29, 2013 -- Valley Health System’s Spirit of Women program recently hosted its second annual “Girls’ Night Out” event at Seasons in Washington Township. Best-selling author Lee Woodruff was the evening’s special guest and keynote speaker. The event, which was held on Tuesday, October 22, also included presentations from Valley physicians, a buffet dinner, and an array of door prizes.
Ms. Woodruff is the coauthor of In an Instant: A Family’s Journey of Love and Healing, which chronicles her family’s journey to recovery following her husband Bob Woodruff’s roadside bomb injury in Iraq.
