The Patient Portal

 

The Valley Hospital offers patients an online portal, www.ValleyPatient.com, through which patients can access some of their Valley-associated health information. The Portal provides a way for patients to view, download or transmit health information to loved ones or other physicians. Key details are provided below. How Do I Sign Up?
Patients are asked upon registration if they would like access to the portal. If you are not currently a patient, you can sign up by visiting the Patient Access Center (PAC) on the first floor of the Cheel building at the main campus. You must bring photo identification.

What Information is Available via the Portal?
Patients can review their medical history, vitals, Valley appointments, test results and medical reports. Patients can also share information with physicians or family members.

Which Test Results Are Available?
Currently available are certain lab results, plus results from mammography, x-ray and other select DI procedures.

When is Information Posted to ValleyPatient.com?
Test results appear after a 36 hour waiting period in order to give a physician time to contact the patient about the results.
