For whom can I purchase a gift?
A gift may only be delivered to a patient hospitalized at the time your order is processed. Please note that patients in ICU and CCU are not allowed to receive any gifts. Also, plants and/or flowers are not permitted in Oncology and will not be delivered to this unit. Your credit card will only be charged if we are able to deliver the gift to the patient in the hospital. Should we be unable to deliver your item, we will notify you by e-mail or phone and you may follow-up with the patient or his/her physician. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any mail orders at this time.
How soon will my order be processed?
All items are delivered within one business day. Orders submitted after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and delivered on Monday.
How do I purchase an item?
When you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add to Cart" and it will be added to your virtual shopping cart. (If you change your mind, you will have an opportunity to remove any items before finalizing your purchase.) Your transaction is processed through a secure environment. When you complete your order, please proceed to Checkout. There, you will either log in (if you previously shopped our Online Gift Shop) or register as a new user. Then enter the patient's name plus your payment information. At any time during the checkout process, should you wish to view your chosen items, simply click on "View Gift Cart." To return to Checkout, click on your "Back" button. You will have a chance again to review your complete order and be able to make any necessary changes before completing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no delivery charge.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail acknowledging our receipt of your order.
How will I know if my loved one received the item(s)?
Through a second e-mail either we will confirm your gift has been delivered and your credit card has been charged, or that we were unable to deliver your order.
Do you have other items for sale?
Yes! If you're looking for a gift that's not listed, or if you have any questions concerning those offered, please call us at 201-447-8000, ext. 2110, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time; or e-mail us at email@example.com. (We are only able to reply to e-mails during our business hours, Monday through Friday.) Our friendly staff will help you find just what you're looking for. We can accept your credit card information by phone and the item will be delivered to the patient in accordance with the guidelines described above.
