Bringing home a new baby can be the most exhilarating and rewarding time of one's life. But without proper help, the first few months can also be exhausting and stressful. Now there's Valley Help for Moms, a program that provides sensitive, qualified, and professionally trained caregivers for moms who can use extra help while caring for their newborn. Services include:
- Newborn Care: guidance in breast- and bottle-feeding, bathing and skin care, as well as general help in managing household responsibilities
- Care for Mom: help with bathing or providing the emotional and personal support a mom can use during such a busy time
- Sibling Care: our caregivers supervise and interact with the newborn's siblings so mom and baby can spend personal time together
- Household Assistance: grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry
