Valley Health Prime Time is a free senior-membership program tailored to meet the needs of today's mature adults ages 60 and over. Members benefit socially, physically, emotional, mentally and educationally from Valley Health Prime Time's extensive roster of lectures, workshops, classes, support groups, trips and social events. For more than 20 years, The Institute of New Dimensions (IND) has offered inexpensive, daytime college level courses to people over age 50. The Valley Hospital Department of Gerontology and IND established a working relationship in 2003. PrimeTime assists IND with publicity, class schedule and database management. Valley Health Prime Time offerings are held at Valley Health System's Kraft Center in Paramus and various locations throughout the community. Most programs are free; others may require a small fee.
