The Valley Columbia Heart Center provides comprehensive cardiac surgical procedures for the full spectrum of heart disease. Services include off-pump and traditional coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement surgery, and surgical procedures to treat atrial fibrillation.

The Center is led by Director of Cardiac Surgery Alex Zapolanski, M.D., F.A.C.S., a noted cardiac surgeon and researcher. Other highly skilled surgeons at the Center include Bruce Mindich, M.D., F.A.C.S., Eric Bronstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., Jason Sperling, M.D., F.A.C.S., and Mariano Brizzio, M.D. The team uses a variety of traditional, minimally invasive, and robotic techniques to perform surgery.
