Throughout the year, Valley holds exercise programs for seniors. Typical programs include:
Fit Over Sixty: This class is designed to strengthen muscles, joints and bones through light resistance training. Taught by a certified personal trainer.
T’ai Chi Chih: This series of 19 gentle movements and once posture movement is designed to circulate and balance the Vital Force or “Chi” in the body. These movements are easy to learn, can be done comfortably by most anyone, and are even adaptable to a seated position.
