• Make the most of seasonal produce which are usually at the best price and taste.
• Allow extra time to read labels to ensure the products you buy are the most healthful choice.
• Shop the perimeter of the store for the unprocessed foods such as fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, low fat dairy products, lean meat and poultry.
