End of Life Issues/Advance Directive Assistance
Patient/ Family Issues involving Conflict Resolution
Department volunteers visit patients at the bedside daily.
The Mission of the Patient Relations Department is "To Meet The Unmet Needs for Patients and Families." Patient Relations is located on the first floor in the Phillips Wing. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
